In 2015, in the Central district of the city of Volgograd was founded the first unified nursing service to provide nursing-home and medical services to the population residing on the territory of the Volgograd region.

At the moment from nursing service (ESPU) employs over 120 professionals to care daily daily engaged in professional, medical, rehabilitative and psychological care for people with diseases and injuries of varying severity.

In addition to extensive work in the field of home care, ESPU officially caters to all hospitals, hospitals and hospices in the city of Volgograd, Volga.

Nursing service, "Nurse" performs nursing services in the Volgograd region:
- care of the elderly that need assistance;
- care for patients after stroke;
- care for patients in the hospital;
- move bedridden patients;

Nursing center "Helpy" (Gelpi*) 2014 officially provides the services of nurses in hospitals of Volgograd and Volga, as well as organizing a complete care for people with any illnesses and injuries at home.
Our center has a large staff of experienced and certified workers, to perform their duties responsibly, professionally and in good faith.

WE COMMIT TO:

- To provide not less than 2* candidates (with accommodation; in hospital – 1 candidate) required workers with a full package of documents: passport copy, employment records, medical records, educational qualifications, recommendations.
- To respect the confidentiality of and to prevent the leakage of any information about the Customer to third parties.
- Produce a free replacement of the Employee in the event of valid reasons (illness of an Employee, a change of residence of Employee (city, country), illness or death of close relatives, and in the case that the Employee has not passed probation).
- According to Customer‘s requirement to make available a contract between the nursing Center and the Employee, where indicated:
claim 2.6. In the case of child care, or the ward, the Employee is responsible for their security (according to article of the criminal code of the Russian Federation No. 125);
claim 2.7. The employee shall bear material responsibility for the property and value in the Customer‘s home on time.
In the case of damage to property of the Customer, the Employee agrees to reimburse the damage in full.
- In case of refusal of the Employee from work or the lack of it for a good cause, to replace the Employee for the anticipated duration or to sign a new Contract. Replace the Employee free of charge.
- At the end of the term of the contract for the provision of services direct employee of the Nursing Center for verification and signing of the work performed within 30 calendar days.

Nursing Center Helpy™ (Helpi) provides skilled nursing services and nurses in hospitals and hospital of Volgograd and Volga, as well as providing care for people with any illnesses and injuries at home with accommodation and without.
The Center‘s specialists will promptly provide a sitter for any type of employment (full, partial, watch).
