"Center of the Cottage and roof Construction" is the official dealer of house-building plant METTEM LSC on the territory of the Pskov region. We carry out the construction of prefabricated houses on the technology of light steel thin-walled structures (lsts).
The "Center of the Cottage and roof of Building" carries out construction of houses (cottages, townhouses, country houses, baths), from 36 to 300 sq. m. – on its own as a standard project and customer parameters.
All the houses of standard series is designed to meet the most demanding requirements, have comfortable ergonomics and multiple solutions of the facades. The company‘s portfolio consists of more than 20 finished projects.
The company is also constructing a pre-fabricated hangars industrial, commercial and household goods (logistics centers, warehouses, industrial complexes, agricultural complexes, shopping complexes, entertainment complexes, sports complexes, administrative and residential buildings, car dealers, service stations, car washes, garage cooperatives, etc.).
