Why is a teacher, and not a tutor, a shorter and more fashionable word that we have become accustomed to over the past few years? The answer is simple: tutor is from English. repeat, repeat. This process is more typical of memorizing material, when a student can accurately repeat a rule or solve a problem according to a model, while not understanding the meaning and methods of solution.
