Museum of the history of Russian chocolate (abbr. "M. I. R. of Chocolate") — the first project in Russia, revealing the secret to amazing product, which for 4,000 years wins the hearts of the sweet tooth. The exposition will include more than 15,000 copies, more than 10 000 places in the Museum. History begins with the history of the world of chocolate (from the proud Aztec and Maya), gradually flowing to the Russian land (from the era of Peter I to the "Golden age" of Russian chocolate — triumph pre-revolutionary production in the XIX-early XX century), ends the story of the Soviet period in the confectionary industry with the familiar eye of the legendary candy wrappers. The Museum visit is followed by four tastings, belonging to different eras, and a lecture-demonstration of the whole process of chocolate production from the cocoa bean to the final of the tiles. Developed various tour programs and organized an interactive master-classes for children and adults: the production of chocolate bars, figurines and candy.
