Check - out time- 12 noon. Check in time is from 13:00. Time - out is until 12:00.

If You want to prolong your stay in the hotel and in Your room there is no check in of another guest, the fee for accommodation is made in the following order:

No more than 4 hours after checkout time - hourly payment.From 4 to 12 hours after checkout time - payment for half a day (50% of the room rate per night). From 12 to 24 hours after checkout time - payment for polyeste.
The room rate can be changed from the number of guests staying in the room.

We are individual terms of settlement for groups more than 10 people.

At check-in the Guest provides a document proving his identity (passport, military ID or other ID), and make 100% payment for the entire stay or the first night.

With the consent of the guest with the applicable rules and accommodation design contract for the provision of services is concluded.

We provide a full package of accounting documents with the confirmation of hotel accommodation.
