The program "people‘s meter" available to everyone and gives the opportunity to buy an apartment on the following conditions:
• 1/3 flat — funds the Program and provides in the form of subsidies (discounts);
• 1/3 flat — funds the Program and provides the 0% installment for 10 years;
• 1/3 of the apartment is paid by the program participant.
