More than 20 years, since 1994, our organization is engaged in agricultural youth exchange programs abroad.
Is a member of the Grow Abroad World Alliance, which includes 27 countries participating in the international youth exchange
agricultural programs.

We are sending young people and future professionals to foreign countries for training to gain new experience
in the field of agriculture. The result is 2200 people have passed international programs in different parts of the world.

Our mission:
Contribute to the development of cost-effective, high-quality and successful agriculture in Russia and the CIS.

Our goal:
To improve and increase the number of competent and highly qualified specialists in the field of agriculture.

The participants of our programs are trained on different continents:
- in Europe: Poland, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Holland.
- North America: USA, Canada.
- in Asia: Japan.
in Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
