Yoga of Kostroma

Practika yoga Studio opens its doors for you! We offer classes: yoga for pregnancy, yoga for beginners, yoga for advanced practitioners, General group yoga.
Classes vary in degree of intensity: if you are just getting started with yoga — welcome to yoga for beginners, if you already do, and achieved some results — there is a lesson for you, if you are not sure, you can use the General group.
Our teachers studied various yoga styles such as Universal yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Iyengar yoga. You have the opportunity to try and stop that is closest to you.
We have everything you need to practice: a large comfortable room for 30 people, high-quality professional equipment (mats, props and auxiliary items). It is necessary to bring only comfortable clothes and a positive attitude.
We are always open to communication, willing to grow and change, so we welcome your feedback and wishes.
